When you are a Nikken Consultant, you earn money in many ways: two are by retailing Active Wellness products and by advancing rank and qualifying for a leadership bonus. As you rise in rank, your earning potential increases. Over the years, Nikken has occasionally modified the Compensation Plan to help Consultants achieve their potential. Another way for Consultants to improve is to be mentored. Royal Ambassadors Dennis and Ruth Williams have mentored thousands in nearly 27 years with Nikken. Recently Dennis created an analogy to show how reaching for Silver at Nikken is so much simpler now than in past years.
Here’s the difference:
- In the past, qualifying for the rank of Silver entailed achieving 20,000 PGPV (Personal Group Point Volume) in a single month. Another requirement was to have at least three frontline Senior Consultants in the qualifying month. As you can see from the graphic analogy, “making a basket” is not easy.

- Now Silver rank advancement qualifications are substantially simpler. In up to three consecutive months, accumulate 6,000 PGPV, achieve 100 PPV (Personal Point Volume) each month of the qualification period. Then in the qualifying month, achieve at least 1,000 OPV (organizational point volume) outside of your primary leg, and at least 500 of this OPV requirement must be outside of your primary and secondary legs. “Making a basket” in the current scenario is much more achievable than in the past.

When Royal Ambassadors Dennis and Ruth Williams share valuable experiences and knowledge, it pays to listen and follow through with your monthly business-building activities. Set your sights on the first leadership level at Nikken, Silver: You can do it!

Platinum Consultant Leo LeMay of the province of Quebec in Canada, achieved the Paragon Award and may soon go for another. He chose the $1,000 cash instead of the 60 inch flat screen TV because “when you go for the Paragon Award, you don’t have time to watch TV!”
Le Consultant Platine Leo Lemay, originaire du Québec au Canada, a reçu la récompense Parangon et devrait bientôt en recevoir une autre. Il a choisi le cash de 1000 US$ à la place de l’écran plat ! Pourquoi ? Voilà ce qu’il dit « quand vous obtenez la récompense Parangon, vous n’avez pas le temps de regarder la télévision ! »
